Strongly recommend for families seeking comfort

Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had! it had Norwegian specialties like salmon, it was simply fantastic.

The price was on the high side but not outrageous.

The room was a decent size with big windows. Beds were comfy, but the first night was annoying with a whistling noise from the door. Customer service sorted out a bigger room for us, which was nice. Overall design felt cluttered with limited storage for winter gear, making it kinda awkward to navigate. No shelves or drawers, and a random empty box on the wall was confusing. Still, very clean and had useful amenities like a fridge and hairdryer.

the location of the hotel is super convenient, just a min walk to the bus stop and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. breakfast was great, with lots of options, and we had a wonderful mountain view from our room. they even prepared an early breakfast for us since we checked out at 7am! the staff were really friendly and helpful.

the only thing was the lift was broken on the day we left, so we had to carry our big suitcases down 4 flights of stairs. also, the room could use a bit of updating.

We had a lovely stay! The view from our room on the 6th floor was a right treat, especially seein' the Northern Lights! the Wi-Fi could've been better. kept droppin' out, innit? a top-notch experience.

my stay was enhanced by the modern amenities and amazing breakfast, making it easy to start my city strolls filled with sights like the polar museum and just a short walk to polaria's unique architecture and exhibitions.

A convenient stay with a twist

The hotel's central location made exploring Tromsø a breeze, with the harbor just a short walk away. Breakfast buffets were excellent, offering a wide selection to fuel our adventures.

The nightclub below was quite noisy on weekends, disturbing our sleep. We had to adjust our stay to compensate for the late-night sounds, which was frustrating.

My stay was lovely! The room was super comfy, with floor heating in the bathroom—such a treat! Plus, the layout made it easy to chill out after a long day.

Only downside? Bending down to grab my shampoo in the shower like I was auditioning for a contortionist role. And let’s be real, no bar in the hotel? What is this, a monastery?

This place suits me perfectly, providing wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with a hot drink in the cold. I recommend enjoying the comfortable lounge space for work. I'm coming back for a trip.

great stay but minor issues

I appreciated the generous breakfast with a wide variety of foods! One highlight was being upgraded to a suite with a mesmerizing view over the city and mountains. Everything had a fresh and clean feel, and the bed provided wonderful comfort.

The location was convenient but not without its challenges for parking.
